Welcome to Playlist AI! By using this app, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Overview

Playlist AI is a music discovery and recommendation app that generates personalized playlists based on user preferences. It is available for download on the App Store and offers both free and premium features.

2. Eligibility & Account Access

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
• If you connect your Spotify account, you agree to Spotify’s Terms of Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the technical requirements of the app.

3. Spotify Integration

• Connecting your Spotify account is optional but enhances your experience.
• We use Spotify’s official API and comply with its terms.
• We DO NOT modify, delete, or manipulate your Spotify playlists or data.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• Some features require one-time purchases or a subscription plan.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing period.
• Payments are processed via Apple’s App Store (we do not store payment details).
• No refunds are provided unless required by law.

5. User Conduct & Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer the app.
• Use the app to distribute harmful software or spam.

Violation of these terms may result in account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

• The app, its design, and its content are owned by AI Playlist App.
• You may not copy, distribute, or resell any part of the app without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The app is provided "as is", with no guarantees of uninterrupted service.
• We are not responsible for any Spotify-related issues (e.g., revoked access).
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disruptions resulting from app use.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
